MEDITATIONS  WITH  NATURE

Focus on the subject (points), stay in the present -Mindfulness-, relax & enjoy!!

1- Taking SUNLIGHT *🌞- to benefit the Pineal Gland (3rd. Eye) & the physical eyes. Skin and whole body. Do Sun Gazing as well.

2- Under the TREES  🌳- deep breathing, pay attention to smells, sounds, see details (leaves shapes, colors).

3- Watching WATER, EARTH…- describing mentally what you see & feel.

4- In a POOL or BEACH- SWIMMING 🏊‍♀️ or doing AQUATIC YOGA (Exercises), feeling the water.

5- Petting ANIMALS- touch, kiss, talking, communicating telepathically, playing with them.

6- With PLANTS 🪴 (& FLOWERS)- Smelling,  talking or telepathic communication. Do Gardening, may study “Auric Botany”.

7- When FREEDIVING -in a SEA, RIVER, OCEAN or LAKE-. Contemplating the life under water (fish, vegetation, rocks, sand). Iodine or salted water on our skin.

8- Employ natural pieces to create ART WORKS- leaves, stones, shells, seeds,…

9- Look ecstatic- SUNRISES, SUNSETS.The clouds forms, sky’s tonalities, and other elements.

10- Imagine building your own MERKABAH,     and resting inside.

11- MOON & STARS Gazing, sit or lay down observing the sky in a dark night.

12- Watch your HANDS palms, carefully.            Another day read on Chiromancy, if you want.

13- DANCING. Dance as much you can.

14- Visualize a natural WHITE LIGHT~ over & into your body, It is soft~~ cleaning, healing, purifying. You can send It  to other people, animals and plants to heal.
